Someone Thought Our Website Was Fake…or AI. Welcome to 2026.😂

Apparently, our website looked a little too good. 😂

Someone genuinely wondered if it was fake… or AI.

And considering how much time I spend tweaking, updating and trying to make that website better…

Apparently I may have overachieved. 😂

I’ve been in fitness for 25 years, training instructors since 2012. We’ve now trained 3,500+ instructors, partnered with 85 spin studios/clubs, and earned 265 five-star Google reviews.

And someone still wondered if we were real.

At first, I laughed.

Then I thought about it.

AI can write. Create. Design. Edit. Polish.

And BTW…

I LOVE AI.

My ADHD brain has approximately 47 tabs open. AI helps me turn some of that chaos into actual ideas.

But the more AI grows, the more I think something else becomes valuable:

Being unmistakably HUMAN.

Especially in fitness.

You can get a workout anywhere.

So why do people still show up for a real instructor?

Because you notice them.

You read the room.

You know their name.

You make them feel like they belong.

Technology can deliver a workout.

Humans create the experience.

And maybe that’s the funny part about running a company called Authentic Instructor Training in the age of artificial intelligence.

We teach the skills.

But we want you to become more confident being YOU.

AI isn’t going anywhere.

Neither are humans.

And maybe perfect isn’t what people are looking for anymore.

Maybe they’re looking for real.
