You might already know that we are incredibly, ridiculously, obsessively passionate about indoor cycling and group exercise. It's our mission to create the world's most talented and inspiring fitness instructors!
Our founder, Tash Marshall Bean, created Authentic Instructor Training Inc. ("AIT Inc.") to embrace the group fitness community as a whole and to share her years of skill, experience, and expertise. Since then, we have trained over 60 studios across North America and the UK, and certified over 1,800 instructors in-person AND online!

We take tremendous pride in authenticity and being true to ourselves — “Authentic AF” as we like to say — and we can’t wait to help your studio, or you individually, connect to what makes you AUTHENTICALLY YOU! We believe in inclusivity ALWAYS, and we will always be here to cheer you on!

Hi, I'm Tash!
My fitness career started out teaching Les Mills programs with Goodlife Fitness. After 18 months as an instructor, I was selected as a top 6 finalist for Instructor of the Year across Canada!
​
After teaching at and starting multiple group fitness studios over the last 20 years, I realized that what I love most about this community are the incredible humans that we get to work alongside! That is why 'AIT Inc.' was created. To teach, engage and inspire those who are eager to bring their authentic passion to the group fitness community!
